This fantastic olive oil from Greece is made from the Manaki olive. A vulnerable species that grows only in the region of Corinth and Argolis, in the Peloponnese. Only green olives are picked at harvest time. And that piece by piece, all by hand. The olive oil is rich in aromas and a refined bitterness with notes of grass and green tomatoes.

The Manaki Extra Virgin olive oil can be combined well with cottage cheese, steamed fish, but also with a steak. Sprinkle some Manaki over it and your fish or steak will take on a new dimension. This olive oil can also be used as a substitute for butter in pastries!
